ASPIRATIONS

Slow and steady wins the race. Highland North’s vision has been years in the making and is now in the growing season. While creating is a fun process building a strong community is not an overnight endeavor. Many beneficial amenities will be available to you and your family immediately while some are slated to transpire as the thee neighbors move in.

LOCAL DISTRICT

Small commercial units are planned to become available for start-ups and those that desire to work close to home. The northeast corner lot of the district is the hopeful home of the first Capital Heights bar and grill while the southeast corner has been designated for Water Bowl Run, the neighborhood dog park. And on the chance you desire a live/work lifestyle joint commercial/residential lofts will be available.

WALKING TRAILS

As more homes are built the community walking trail will continue to grow, and according to the City Planning Commission the Highland North trails will be connected to the Hall County hike and bike trail by 2026.

COMMUNITY CONVERSTIONS

Highland North will be legally described as an HOA community, however, it is our goal to make it one like you haven’t seen, an HOA at it’s best. The Highland North Community Code will aim to ensure the integrity and value of the community, the safety of each family and will offer unique avenues to respectfully engage in communication at every level. As the community grows each family will be offered the opportunity to be involved as little or as much as they desire.

SECURITY

While not being a gated community Highland North does value the safety and security of all families. Security cameras will be installed along the walking trail with family privacy fully in mind. The Highland North Neighborhood Watch stream will be available to all and only Highland North families. You’ll be able to watch your children at play, walking home from school, your four legged friend that’s gone for an unplanned stroll or keep an eye out for anything that seems out of the ordinary.
